Even after several quality checks, it is possible that you may receive a damaged product due to manual or mishandled by couriers.  To claim misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must submit your request within 7 days of delivery. For replacements and refunds, please send us unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging.
